Villa Sport Instructor of the Month!

Lisa Stefaniak
Lisa grew up in Western New York and worked as a chemical engineer for 12 years taking her from New Jersey, Ohio and then finally Houston. When her family moved abroad to Vietnam then to Kazakhstan she shifted her focus to supporting her family and focusing on her well-being. She has worked out across the globe and loves taking fitness classes with friends and family. Her moto is “A family that exercises together stays together”. She was inspired to become an instructor two years ago by her fellow instructors. She is certified in Les Mills Body Combat and Les Mills Body Pump. She loves sharing the fitness lifestyle with everyone around her and has enjoyed bringing Family Body Combat to VillaSport. When Lisa is not teaching she likes to do puzzles, learn new things and dance through life.
