March Instructor of the month! Christina Gill!

"“When I’m not teaching fitness, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or working. My 6-year-old son is my greatest treasure and brings so much joy to my life. In my professional career, I lead a team that brings powerful computer products to market. Whenever I get the chance, I also love to travel—exploring new cultures, seeing the sights, and tracking down great local coffee shops.
I fell in love with group fitness after my son was born. After trying several classes on the schedule, I discovered Les Mills BodyPump and was hooked. The movements timed to the music motivated me in a way that made me forget to watch the clock. I also loved the accountability—showing up for myself each day while feeling the added motivation from the instructor and the other members in the room. Each morning after class, I’d drive home feeling grateful for starting my day that way.
That feeling inspired me to become an instructor so I could help others experience the same motivation and momentum in reaching their goals. I love pushing my boundaries and challenging myself, which led me to become Advanced Certified in Les Mills BodyPump and certified in Les Mills SHAPES. Teaching fitness while also being a mom and building my career challenges me in the best ways and brings a lot of energy and joy to my life.”
