Dr. Pham is a native Houstonian and is now practicing Dentistry in The Woodlands area and has been in practice for the past 5 years. Dr. Pham and Victory Smiles specializes in Pediatric Dentistry and Family Dentistry. He is licensed to practice in Texas. In 2008 Dr. James Pham received his Doctorate of Dentistry from the University of Texas and started practicing in Houston, TX. Prior to dental school, he earned his Bachelor’s of Biology from the University of Houston Central. Currently his professional memberships include:
