I am an ally for you & WITH you through the pain, helping you uncover where you hurt, discover the lessons to be learned, and discard the rest- free. You posses your own unique truth, as intricate and brilliant as a human fingerprint. Sometimes pain, loss, grief, anger, addiction, and other obstacles obscure the fulfillment of your truth and cut you off from the "sunlight" of the spirit. Most people spend their lives going over, under, or around these obstacles, when most often, the only way to the sunlight, is through the pain. Without awareness, people unconsciously perpetuate their pain and patterns of behaving through time. My job is to cultivate awareness of these patterns, and then to be your ally through the change and through the struggles, to help you uncover, and ultimately, to honor your truth as an individual, couple, child, or family.
