Basic Do’s and Don’ts to Reduce Electropollution
Do:
* Mount your Wi-Fi router on the ceiling to increase distance from your body.
* Unplug electronic devices and appliances when not in use.
* Use warm, low-voltage light bulbs to reduce unnecessary EMF exposure.
* Charge your phone using a DC source (such as a power bank) rather than directly from an AC outlet.
* Increase the distance between yourself and electronic devices whenever possible.
* Choose wired connections (Ethernet cables) over wireless whenever feasible.

Don’t:
* Avoid placing your Wi-Fi router in the bedroom.
