It unfolds.

If you’ve ever felt like Somatic work felt performative rather than natural or directive or like you were being directed by someone else - and that you’re body authority felt well not so much your own.

There’s another way in. I hope to help you find your own way in and through.

My approach is about supporting you to listen yo your own body. Your own rhythm your own way.

Somatic work is about self trust not necessarily trusting yet another person

This is about body authority and choice. Not further following.

We’re told to be MORE confident.
But so often, that’s not connection rather it’s just performance.

Confidence becomes just another mask to wear when what we really need is -
Is just permission to be.

Belonging doesn’t come from being impressive.
It comes from being real.
