Yoga didn’t just change my body—it grounded my mind and gave me a sense of inner stability I hadn’t felt before.
What I love about teaching yoga
Watching people shift—from tension to ease, from thinking to feeling. That transformation never gets old.

Functional, trauma-aware flows, gentle, all-inclusive, focused on strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation—designed for real bodies in real lives.
Where to find me / what inspires me
I get inspired by travelling, social interactions with like-minded people. Often attending my colleagues’ classes, mindful movement , music, and the belief that healing happens through the body, as long as, you are willing to be present in it.
