Our ACTV Studio IRL with Vuori The Woodlands x Studio 22 Pilates has been postponed due to upcoming weather.

The class originally scheduled for January 25th will now take place on:

Sunday, February 15th
10:00–12:00 PM

Pilates focuses on controlled, low impact movement that builds strength, stability, and mobility from the inside out. High impact workouts prioritize power and intensity and often require more recovery.

Studio 22 Pilates - A Unique Pilates Experience in The Woodlands

Studio 22 Pilates is based on the observation and experience of Lee Raymond over the last 15 years in private lessons, open studio, and small class concepts. After completing her training and certification through the PhysicalMind Institute, Lee began teaching alongside her mentor and friend John T. Gossett in his Houston studio. Working with John and the countless instructors that taught out of his studio was a priceless experience. Together they shared knowledge and experience and believed that a safe, effective, and affordable style of Pilates should be available to everyone. She hopes to share this style of teaching with The Woodlands and surrounding areas.
