Dear Client and Family,

I am excited to share that, after years of working with thousands of inspiring clients and their families, SureCare at Home is now joining forces with our friends at Family Tree Private Care. Family Tree shares our philosophy and mission to help keep seniors safely in their own homes. Family Tree has the resources and motivation to ensure that you will receive the very best care.

Although Nancy and I are retiring, we have worked closely with the leaders of Family Tree, Alex Bonetti (CEO) and Daniel Gottschalk (President), and I can tell you personally that they are truly wonderful people inspired by personal experiences, which, just like Nancy and I, led to their involvement in senior
care. Since Family Tree was founded in 2011, their vision, like ours, has been to provide a great experience for clients and families while maintaining the most qualified and experienced staff available in the industry. Family Tree cares for seniors throughout Texas.

I am excited for our staff, our caregivers, our nurses, and for your family. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be of service. Nancy and I are honored to have found Family Tree and pass our legacy on to them.

Medication organization is a positive step towards improving your health. And getting completely organized is a process that takes time to develop. But there are a few common mistakes that people make along this process. Below are a few examples of things that you’ll want to avoid.⁠
⁠
- Forgetting to refill your pillbox at the beginning of the week. Set an alarm once a week to remind yourself to refill your pillbox. Make it the same day and time to help establish a routine. ⁠
- Forgetting to take your medication on time. Some people still forget to take their medications, even when they’re organized. Set alarms at the same time each day as a reminder or look for organizers with reminder features. There are also a number of medication reminder apps you can download.⁠
- Mixing up your medications or organizing them incorrectly. One of the most important parts of using a pill organizer is filing it correctly. If you’re having difficulty, ask a trusted friend, family member, or pharmacist for help. Some pharmacies offer bubble packing services. They’ll organize your medications for you into bubble packs that you can “punch out” each time you need to take medicine. ⁠
