Dear readers, here we are, so soon and already in September… Depending on where in the world you are, some of you, as I am, may be looking forward to cooler weather, others to Spring and then Summer…

These past few days I have spoken with people seeking help for deep feelings of being stuck as well as others with feelings of strangeness involving their own awakening and sense of impending transformation… What a truly wonderful life and times we are all living in…

Depending on our circumstances we may not always realize just how transient, transforming and amazing life and we ourselves, actually are… Life may look, feel and be, crazy, chaotic and scary, but that’s never all that it is… Try to hold on to these words and these thoughts because truly, nothing is ever only as it seems…

Practice stepping back often. Take yourself out of your reality even for a few moments by sitting and being quiet and still… In those moments allow your mind to go to the other sides of what you are feeling and experiencing as yes, there are always other sides… Be open to the unexpected or unexplained in the very best possible ways… All your questions do have answers…
