Our Story

Many people suffer from chronic pain and recurring injuries, and I’m here to help you fight those battles. I founded Montgomery County Sports Massage to support my neighbors’ fitness and health through every stage of their lives. As a licensed massage therapist, I help athletes reduce muscle soreness, overcome injuries, and manage pain so they can boost their natural healing ability and get back to doing the things they love. I take a personalized and comprehensive approach to addressing your needs in improving your range of motion, flexibility, and strength by offering deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy as a base, adding in stretching, Fascia Blasting, and cupping therapy as appropriate, and finishing our session with advice on activities you can do at home to increase your positive results. When it comes to managing pain and improving your quality of life, I’m proud to support you along every step of your path to recovery and holistic wellness.
