I created this vibroacoustic pillow set to allow for a group vibroacoustic sound healing experience. The essence of group sound therapy lies in its collaborative experience. Participants gather in a shared space, creating a collective energy that enhances the overall therapeutic impact. As individuals lay back and immerse themselves in the sounds and vibrations, they often report elevated states of mindfulness and heightened emotional awareness. The shared experience can foster a sense of safety and support, allowing participants to open up and explore their inner selves.
