Our goal is to promote pain relief though Massage Therapy. Here we have no judgement, just massage. When I was younger, I suffered from debilitating back pain.

Hello, I am Elanor Sung, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and Massage Instructor who loves to work with people to get them out of pain and back to the activities that bring them joy. I consider myself a Pain Relief Specialist, which is like a normal massage therapist, but with the superpower of being able to sense and understand the cause of the pain, as long as it is muscular in nature. My uncle, who is a Massage Therapist and my hero, helped me get out of pain through massage. That is when I thought, “Man, if he can help me, imagine who I could help get out of pain if I became a Massage Therapist!” Thus sent me on the journey of becoming a Massage Therapist. In the past almost 20 years, I have taken over 1800 hours of continuing education to assist in helping people get out of pain. I worked in many different environments from franchises to Chiropractors offices to teaching in Massage Schools. One of the biggest problems I see is that massage is seen as a “feel good” thing and not a way to really help the body. And here is the thing, if a tight muscle is the cause of the pain, such as a pinched nerve or a trigger point, massage is the BEST thing to help. And the best massage to get is one that is performed here. Another problem is that massage isn’t really seen as medical, and insurance doesn’t cover it. However, with proper requests and prescriptions from your doctor, you may be able to be reimbursed. We also take HSA and FSA benefits here. It is my firm opinion that massage is just as important for our health and wellness as other health care. Our Story

We are located inside Holistic Wellness & Massage Center, one block west of I-45 on Oak Ridge Dr. At the moment, we have 2 therapists that are available. Elanor Sung has been a therapist since 2004. Her focus is Injury Rehabilitation, Recovery and Prevention massage, but still enjoys to give all different types of massage. Elanor's availability currently is all week with the exception of Wednesdays and Sundays. Masako Jones has been a therapist since 2015. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports, and Prenatal massage. She is available on Wednesdays for appointments.
