We’re looking for caring, dependable team players to join our Childcare team in Thedford, Nebraska. Positions available: Full-Time Staff, Substitutes, and Manager.

Full-Time Staff & Substitutes
Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with young children a plus

Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Ability to pass a background check

DAYCARE MANAGER
Lead daily operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with licensing requirements, and foster positive relationships with families.

Qualifications:

Leadership experience in an early childhood setting

Strong organizational and communication skills

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Background check clearance

Daycare kids enjoyed the water day at the Thomas County Library.

⭐️It was a great fair weekend in Thedford! Our C4K team provided County Fair survival kits to help keep the kiddos busy with the long hot day! The kits included bubbles, notebooks, markers and snacks!
⭐️Sandhills Area Childcare cleaned up the space and the Legion was able to do their annual pancake feed in their building on Sunday.

We are forever thankful for our community and partnership with the American Legion #230!

Let’s have a water day at the library on Monday! Daycare kids 10:30-11:30. Littles 1:30-2:30 and older kids 3:00-4:30. Please no one over 80 pounds on water slide there will be a slip and slide available.
