We’re excited to introduce RYTE Wellness Gym Access!

If you’re looking for a convenient place to move your body, stay consistent with your fitness routine, or ease back into exercise in a familiar, professional environment.. this is for you!!

Our wellness gym space is now available for independent use during normal office hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday). This is self-guided exercise, meaning you can work out at your own pace using the equipment in our facility.

Whether you’re maintaining your strength, improving mobility, or just prioritizing your health, we’re happy to offer this option to our community!

Honest question…
Can you get off the floor without using your hands?

It might sound simple, but this movement actually tells us a LOT about:
• balance
• strength
• mobility
• overall functional aging

It’s called the Sitting-Rising Test, and it’s one of the quickest ways to assess how your body is really moving.

If this feels hard (or impossible 😬), it doesn’t mean anything is “wrong”, it just means your body could use some support.

The good news is these things are trainable!
