Good luck to Kaydence at the Special Olympics State Championship at UNO next month!🥇
She had an incredible showing at last weekend’s Area Swim Meet:
1st – 50 Backstroke: 1:22.50 (last year 2:01.41)
1st – 50 Butterfly: 1:31.54 (last year 2:05.97)
2nd – 50 Freestyle: 1:12.06 (last year 1:23.25)
We’re so proud of her progress and determination. Let’s cheer her on as she heads to STATE! 💚

Summer Swim Recap: Louisiana Senior State Championship
TRST swimmers 15 & over had a strong showing with multiple JR National, Futures, and Sectionals cuts. Highlights include two individual state titles from Bryce Naquin and a new state record in the 200 Free Relay!

Summer Recap: Louisiana Age Group State Championship
TRST finished 10th overall with standout swims including state records from Jonathan Husbands, multiple podiums from our 10&U group, and 2nd place in every relay. Proud of our swimmers for an excellent meet!

Summer Swim Recap – AAU Junior Olympic Games.
TRST swimmers earned multiple golds and podium finishes, with strong performances from both 12&U and 13&O groups. The team had a great showing on the national stage. Great job, TRST!

🚨 Our **Fitter & Faster Fast Butterfly & Breaststroke Technique Swim Camp** is coming up **May 31 & June 1** at the **Fitness Center of Thibodaux**! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

This is a unique opportunity for swimmers to refine their butterfly and breaststroke — the “short axis” strokes known for their powerful, undulating motion and early catch technique. Unlike freestyle and backstroke, these strokes rely on hip-driven movement to generate speed and efficiency in the water.

Over two days, **Elite Clinician Atiba Wade** will help swimmers of all levels sharpen their skills, improve technique, and gain an edge in both training and racing. 💪
