Position: Optometric Technician
Location: Thibodaux, LA

What You’ll Do:
👓 Help prepare patients for exams and assist the doctor with testing
🩺 Perform preliminary diagnostic screenings
😊 Create a welcoming, comforting experience for every patient
🗂️ Assist with maintaining accurate patient records and workflow

What We’re Looking For:
✨ A positive team player with a great attitude
✨ Eager to learn and grow in a supportive, patient-focused environment
✨ Excellent communication and customer service skills

It was brought to our attention today that due to a technical malfunction in our phone system, messages left for our technicians were not being received.

Please note that this only affected messages to our ophthalmic technician team, and all messages left regarding appointments and glasses were received.

The issue has now been identified and resolved.
