It has been a dream of mine since I opened The Recovery Room to offer a peaceful, safe space for women to care for their physical bodies! Self care for your physical body! That is my vision! There’s no time we need this more than pregnancy and postpartum (okay… and maybe menopause too—iykyk😅🤣)
