While Dr. Sabrina is on maternity leave, we’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Natalie Lirette from Mama’s Chiro in Houma to The Pearl—right here in Thibodaux! She’ll be joining us once a week to care for our beloved babies and mamas 💕

Not Crawling Yet? Chiropractic May Help!

Crawling is a huge step in brain and body development—but sometimes babies need a little extra support to get moving.

At The Pearl, we look at two key things:

1. The Nervous System🧠
If the brain can’t send clear messages to the body, movement can feel harder. Gentle chiropractic adjustments help regulate the nervous system, improving how your baby senses, coordinates, and controls their movements.

2. The Structure🦴
We assess spinal alignment to make sure your baby can move freely and comfortably:
• Can they lift their head with ease?
• Is their upper back (thoracic spine) strong and supported?
• Is their pelvis and sacrum stable for hip and leg motion?

All of these parts work together to help your little one push up, rock, and eventually crawl.
