Out of respect for our long-supporting community (aka the Lifted Fam), we’ll begin 2026 by opening just 20 new memberships. 😊

After those spots are filled, we’ll continue with a waiting list as we assess crowdedness and ensure the experience you know and are used to remains our standard. ✅

One of our own, Trace Hebert, competed this past weekend at the 6th Annual Rougarou Classic STRONGMAN! 💪

Not only did he bring home 1st place🥇, but he also qualified to compete to become Louisiana’s STRONGEST man!

Join us in giving Trace a HUGE congrats what he achieved and WILL achieve come Spring! 😏💪

Shout out to Noah Benoit on his performance at his powerlifting meet in Pennsylvania this weekend!

Noah went 9/9 on his lifts for a second place finish 🥈 accumulating his best meet to date with the following numbers:

🔹222.5kg/490lb Squat
🔹160kg/352lb Bench
🔹250kg/550lb Deadlift
🔹632.5/1392lbs Total

Make sure to give Noah a congratulatory hollar when you see him at gym! 💪😏
