Sometimes life doesnāt go as planned.
Sometimes you donāt get the job, promotion, relationship, etc.
Or maybe you do and it doesnāt turn out to be what you thought it was.
Sometimes things happenāand all of a sudden you are brought to your knees.
Your external world shatters and your internal world reflects the same.
Itās easy to give up. To stop trying, stop striving for more.
Itās easy to want to settle.
To want more but āacceptā that maybe what you have is all you deserve.
But what ifā¦sometimes it all needs to fall apart.
To crumbleāto explode into one big mess.
So that God can show youānot what you wantābut what is ment for you.
What if sometimesāno, every timeāit is leading to something much greater.
What if we need the mess? The chaos? The destruction.
To rebuild, to growāexpanding to new and better things.
To allow you to stop clenching onto your plan and start trusting the plan that was in place long before you were hereāGods plan.
To show you once again that our plans, our ways, our visions are only a fraction of what we truly deserve.
What if the rejection is divine protection and the unexpected turn is leading you to newfound expansion.
To unbelievable growth.
This does not mean you cannot feel what is present for you now.
Do not shove it down or deny its existence.
Feel it. Sit with it. Allow it.
While also holding onto the knowing that you donāt need to know.
That it is truly all working out in your favor.
Leading you to new heights.
If you doā¦then sometimesāno, everytimeāit will all work out.
Maybe not on your timeline or the way you thought it would.
But in Gods time and in Gods way.
And that is even better than when sometimes it works out the way we want it to.
Remember:
Gods plan > Our plan.
I wrote this last night and felt called to shareā¦maybe you need to hear it just as much as I did.š
