Massage is a form of soft tissue work that provides treatment for medical conditions, injuries, and/or routine health maintenance within its scope of practice. I am passionate about the connection between the mechanisms of the body, and its tie to self-care. I strongly desire to put my knowledge and understanding to work with you! I provide a custom massage. I listen to your needs and plan a massa

ge that uses the following modalities below:
Swedish Massage (Relaxation - light to medium pressure)
Deep Tissue (Deep pressure)
Myofascial Release Massage (Medium to firm pressure, also deep tissue)
Trigger Point Therapy (Muscle spot focus)
Sports Massage (Stretching and rotation)
Shiatsu (Light spot focus, Eastern philosophy)
Reflexology (Scalp, hands, and feet massage)
Prenatal (Pregnancy massage)
Lymphatic Drainage (Light pressure, interstitial fluid massage)
Chair Massage (Uses massage chair)
Traditional Sauna (Indoor sauna-additional cost)

Hi all! I am teaching reflexology May 16th and the 23rd (back-to-back Thursdays) at Northland Community and Technical College in TRF. If you ever wanted to learn scalp, hand, and foot massage, please come and try it out! The amount and information is on the flyer here. Again, May 16th and the 23rd are the dates.
