One year ago, I took a leap of faith and opened RRR Massage. What a journey it’s been. From the first massage in the studio to the many Roaming Relief events out and about in the community, every moment has been made possible because of YOU.

To everyone who has supported me—in-house, on the road, with kind words, referrals, or simply showing up—thank you. Your trust, encouragement, and love have meant everything to me. I’ve poured my heart into creating a space where people can truly rest, relax, and rejuvenate, and it’s been a privilege to share that space with you.

Hi, I’m Brea Ann — your Pilates instructor here in TRF! 🖤 I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

I danced with JFK for 15 years and spent over 7 of those years coaching. After graduating, I really missed the way all that movement made me feel—and that’s where Pilates came in. It filled the gap perfectly, and now I’m officially certified through the PIA program! (5 stars!)

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me cuddling with my two fur babies (one cat, one dog), traveling with my fiancé, going to concerts, writing, or getting lost in a good book.
