📢 **Important Reminder for Parents** 📢

If your child is going in for a sports physical or a well child check-up at a different clinic than where they usually get vaccines, please bring a copy of their immunization record with to the appointment or ask your new provider to check the Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC)Vaccine Registry.

We've seen a few cases recently where children received unnecessary or duplicate vaccinations simply because their records weren't available at the time of the visit. Keeping vaccine records up to date and accessible helps ensure your child gets the right care, and avoids extra shots.

Pennington & Red Lake County Public Health & Home Care, in partnership with 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, is hosting a dental cleaning clinic on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟬:𝟯𝟬 𝗮𝗺 - 𝟰 𝗽𝗺 at 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 in Thief River Falls! 📢 Office Update 📢

Dr. Sreedharan will be out of the office from June 10th to June 20th to visit family. If you need any medication refills or have concerns that need to be addressed before that time, please give our office a call at 218-681-4673.

Hope Pediatrics is excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new patient portal, designed to make managing your child's healthcare even easier. With the new portal, you'll be able to request appointments, communicate securely with our team, and access your child's health information, all in one convenient place. If you’re already enrolled in our current Patient Portal, be on the lookout in the next couple of weeks for an email with instructions on how to register for the new one. If you experience any difficulty in registering, please don't hesitate to call our office for assistance.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from your friends at Hope Pediatrics. Dr. Sreedharan will be out of the office from December 24th at noon returning to the clinic on January 6th. He will be spending this holiday season with his family in India. We wish you and yours a happy, healthy holiday season.

Children's Dental Services offers hygiene services to children and adults regardless of income level. CDS also accepts Medical Assistance. To schedule an appointment for December 5th please call 612-746-1530 or 866-543-6009. They will be at the Pennington County Government Center Public Health located at 101 Main Ave N. Thief River Falls.
