If you have ever been a client of mine or know me, you know how much I like to stress the importance of drinking water. Itβs truly such an easy thing to incorporate into your day, and it can make a dramatic difference in how you feel. It is recommended that we drink at least half our body weight in ounces every day. Take baby steps, start out by adding an extra glass each day and try to gradually increase your intake. Migraines, headaches, fatigue, constipation, muscle aches, and stiffness can all be related to dehydration. π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§
