This.
A large coronal hole has recently opened up on the surface of the Sun, and it’s now releasing a strong stream of high-speed solar wind directly toward Earth.
This kind of solar activity can cause a noticeable shift in energy here on our planet, and many people are already starting to feel it.
A coronal hole is a large, dark area that appears on the Sun when its magnetic field opens up. Instead of containing energy, it releases it outward in the form of solar wind—streams of charged particles that travel through space at extremely high speeds. These winds can move at 500 to 800 kilometers per second and are now aimed straight at Earth.
When solar wind hits Earth’s magnetic field, it can temporarily disrupt it, and these disturbances are powerful enough to affect satellite signals, GPS accuracy, power grids, and high-frequency radio communication.
For most of us, the impact is more subtle—it’s energetic, emotional, mental, and physical.
For those who are energy-sensitive, you may have already started to feel the following symptoms over the past 24 hours, and could continue to for at least the next 48 hours.
You might feel a sudden drop in energy midday, even if your morning started fine. It may feel like your body is dragging, and no amount of caffeine or fresh air helps.
You could feel jittery or overstimulated by things that don’t usually bother you—like loud music, bright lights, cluttered rooms, or even fast conversation. Some people describe it as feeling like they’re “buzzing” inside, but in an unsettled way.
Some report sharp or pulsing headaches, pressure behind the eyes, or a heavy feeling across the forehead or crown of the head. Your body might feel tight in strange places—shoulders, hips, back—even without intense activity.
Sleep disturbances are common. You might find yourself wide awake between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m., even if you were exhausted the night before. Some people toss and turn or wake up multiple times without cause.
Dreams become intense, often layered with symbolism or unresolved emotions. You might dream about people you haven’t seen in years or wake up feeling like your dream meant something—even if you can’t explain what.
You may feel emotionally volatile, going from calm to overwhelmed without warning. Frustration, irritability, or unexpected sadness may surface, especially if something triggers an old memory or emotional wound.
You might feel an urge to pull back from people, needing more quiet time than usual. The idea of answering texts or dealing with errands may feel draining, even if you usually enjoy being social.
Some people experience ear ringing or a buzzing sensation, lightheadedness, or random chills and hot flashes throughout the day—without being sick. It can feel like your body is recalibrating from the inside out.
You may notice technology acting up—phones freezing, apps crashing, or WiFi connections cutting out. You might feel sensitive to screen time or feel strange after long exposure to your phone or computer.
On a deeper level, your intuition may spike. You may get a strong gut feeling about something or suddenly feel clear about a decision that’s been weighing on you. This can also bring up old emotions or hidden truths, asking to be seen and healed.
Solar storms tend to strip away distractions, making it harder to avoid things you’ve pushed aside emotionally or mentally. They create space for breakthroughs—but only after surfacing what’s ready to shift.
It can be a powerful time for clarity and truth—but it can also be uncomfortable if you’re pushing through without rest or grounding.
During this time it is advisable to stay hydrated, reduce screen time if you feel overstimulated, eat grounding foods, spend time in nature, and allow yourself more breaks than usual.
If your sleep is interrupted, try to rest when your body needs it—even a 10-minute pause can help regulate your system.
This weekend, the energy will be highly charged, unpredictable, and fast-moving. Use this time to slow down when you can, tune in to how you feel, and trust that whatever is coming to the surface is doing so for your awareness and healing.
