Let’s talk soy. It’s everywhere—soy milk, protein bars, veggie burgers—and it’s often labeled a “health food.” But… is it really?

Here’s what I want you to know, from a holistic, whole-body perspective:

➡️ Soy contains plant estrogens that can mess with your hormonal balance
➡️ It can block thyroid function + mineral absorption
➡️ Most soy is GMO and sprayed with glyphosate (a gut + hormone disruptor)
➡️ It’s often hiding in processed foods we don’t even realize we’re eating
