In this workshop, guide you through how to spin and control a FlowStar ! Find yourself naturally slipping into that flow state that soft, focused awareness where movement and mindfulness meet.

There are so many ways to reconnect with yourself. Sometimes through stillness, sometimes through breath, and sometimes through creative, rhythmic movement. FlowStars offer a beautiful doorway into presence and community connection. The workshop will also include a gentle Vinyasa flow 💕🪷🎶
