🎄 Holiday Hours at Blakeburn Clinic 🎄
In celebration of Christmas and to allow our staff to spend quality time with their families, the Blakeburn Clinic will be closing at 1 PM on the 24th of December and will remain closed on the 25th and 26th.

If you need refills or assistance, please reach out before noon on the 24th, or feel free to use our patient portal to request any services.

A lot of doctors will be closed for holiday hours this week and next. If we need to request refills, let’s get the notifications into your provider!
