Our Elk City location officially celebrated its grand opening on Friday, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Today we attended the Managed Care in Oklahoma meeting at the State Capitol!
This discussion focused on the changes to the Medicaid system that took effect on April 1, 2024, and how those changes have impacted both providers and members.

One of our very own therapists, Audra Deckard, did an outstanding job advocating for rural mental health and specifically the challenges Myriad Counseling and our clients have faced since these changes were implemented. Special thank you to Representative Tim Turner for taking the time to meet with us and for his commitment to understanding and improving mental health in Oklahoma!

We’re hopeful that the right people hear the topics covered by the providers that spoke today and that meaningful improvements are made for providers and those we serve.
