Dear former patients, clients and friends,

Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us that, “For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven”. I’ve been reminded of this passage over the last several months as I’ve sat with the Lord on stepping away from the profession I’ve known for the last 20 years.

As of December 31, 2021, Body Works will close and I will step away from my work as a Physical Therapist. I honestly don’t know what this will entail. Maybe it will just be a little rest or maybe I will change the direction of my life’s work completely.

Of course, I am tearing up as I type this because change is hard and weird and “what will people think?”. But I am also a bit giddy because change is exciting, and fresh and in this change I am exercising obedience to my Lord. In the midst of this change, I remain confident in His sovereignty to unfold His perfect will in my life.

It has been an honor to serve you and my community. Thank you for allowing me to be your Physical Therapist and Body Works to get to know you. I have no doubt our relationship was a divine connection.

We are no longer taking new referrals, but will complete current referrals, into mid-January, 2022. If you have any questions, comments or concerns you can contact us at 661-2639.

At Body Works Physical Therapy we are taking the COVID-19 very seriously. Effective, March 17, 2020 we will only treat one patient at a time in our facility. While we always sterilize our facility between patients, we will take extra precautions sterilizing and cleaning before the transition of patients. After each patient leaves, all hard surfaces, door k***s, restrooms, and equipment will be thoroughly sterilized.

To our patients, if you do not feel well, please do not come to physical therapy. Please call and cancel your appointment so we plan accordingly. If you do come to physical therapy please wash hands before coming and we will ask you to wash hands again when you arrive.

The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
