Our Cath Lab team achieved a major milestone! ✨

They completed their second procedure to implant a device called a CRT-D (cardiac resynchronization therapy with defibrillator). A CRT-D helps treat patients with heart failure by synchronizing the heart’s ventricles to pump more efficiently. 💗

Even in just a few months, we're already seeing the difference this procedure can make. Our first patient's heart function has improved from 15% EF (ejection fraction) to 45% EF within the first 90 days after receiving the device. This improvement is a powerful reminder of what the right therapy for the right patient can achieve! ⚕

This therapy doesn’t just ease symptoms; it helps the heart beat in sync again, which can reduce hospital visits and lower the risk of serious complications for people with heart failure.

Full-Time | Day Shift
3 shifts/week (12-hour shifts)

In this role, you’ll guide patients through every stage of their dialysis treatment - providing expert care, close monitoring, and meaningful education before, during, and after each session. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated care team to ensure every patient feels supported, safe, and seen.

What you bring:
✔️ RN license (Georgia)
✔️ 1–2 years of acute dialysis experience

✨ BSN, 5+ years’ experience, and TABLO experience are a plus
