These are just generic numbers. Calorie burn can depend on a lot of factors, such as s*x, weight and body composition. But just remember (point of this post) 1 beer is 110 calories, 1 soda is 140 calories, Big Mac 563 calories and french fries avg 365. Look at the time you need to be active to burn it off.
