MEMBER NOTICE: FACILITY DAMAGE & MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY

Dear Members,
We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and fully functioning facility for everyone. In response to recent facility damage and to ensure clarity and consistency, we are communicating the following policy regarding member responsibility.
To help protect our gym and keep equipment and spaces in excellent condition, please be advised that if damage occurs within the gym (including equipment, fixtures, walls, restrooms, flooring, mirrors, or other facility property) and the responsible party can be identified, the member may be held financially responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Please note:
• If damage is determined to be the responsibility of a specific member, a bill will be generated and charged to the member’s account (or otherwise assigned as a balance due on the account).
• Because the facility is monitored by video surveillance, video review may be used to help determine how damage occurred and who was responsible.
• We reserve the right to charge any costs incurred, including repair, replacement, service calls, cleaning, or other expenses resulting from damage.
• We also reserve the right to revoke or terminate membership and/or deny facility access based on damage to property, misuse of equipment, or other violations of gym rules and policies.
If you notice damage, unsafe conditions, or equipment concerns, please report them to staff as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly.
