I will start your session with a Tibetan Singing Bowl. I will place the bowl on your body for vibrational healing. How does that work? The cells of your body sense the vibration of the bowl, which stimulates them to vibrate at their optimal rate. The energy blocks in the body occur at places of trauma or stress. The bowl’s vibrations pull the tangled blocks down and out the body. It’s rather like combing the tats out of long hair.

After that, I will continue with foot reflexology. How does that work? Based on the principle that there are reflexes on the feet which correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body, through application of pressure on reflex points, relieves tension, improves circulation, helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body, and has a beneficial effect on the organs and general health.
