I am a thoughtful and creative therapist with a passion for seeing family’s restored.

Our mission: To enhance the mental health and well-being of every individual and family that we touch by providing effective mental health treatment and fostering sound tools and skills to ensure success and embrace their life with confidence and passion. I am committed to helping families/individuals heal and flourish. I will help you tap into the skills and tools you need to live your best life. Together you will realize your strength and call upon your courage to be filled up and live a life poured out. I attended Valdosta State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Sociology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. Over the past 23 years, I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with a broad range of mental health and substance abuse concerns. I have worked in multiple settings including outpatient clinics, group home facilities, hospitals and residential settings. I provide services where the focus is on the individual, the family and supportive resources. I trained with Star Behavioral Health Providers (SBHP) to become a resource for veterans, service members and their families.
