Have you had treatment for cancer? Are you trying to get back to exercise, but do not know exactly how to start? You may be a great candidate to perform a treadmill test that is geared towards patients who have had cancer treatment. This test helps determine your target heart rate range for performing walking, running, aerobic activity, etc., depending on where you are in your recovery process. This treadmill protocol was developed by the University of Northern Colorado Cancer Rehabilitation Institute.

📦 Well, this wasn’t quite the delivery day I had planned…

I was waiting to make my big announcement when I had an actual copy of my book in my hands. It was supposed to arrive today, but in true real life fashion, my package had an unexpected delay.

I think that’s par for the course…because if there’s anything this journey has taught me, it’s that I can either be disappointed and pout or choose joy. So today, I’m choosing joy. I’m choosing to be proud that even though the package didn’t arrive, I’ve made it to this point.

I wrote a book. 📖💕

I poured my heart and soul into every single page, and I am beyond thrilled to finally share it with you.

For now, I’ll pose with the cover mock-up and celebrate this milestone with gratitude and a full heart. It’s been a journey, but this has truly been the BREAST chapter yet!
