We’ve added brand new yoga classes to our Fall Schedule and there’s something for everyone.

The Morning Flow – Wednesdays at 6:45 AM

The Evening Flow – Tuesdays + Thursdays at 5:30 PM

The Rebalance – 75 minutes of reset every Sunday at 2:00 PM

The Sweat – Build some heat with an energizing flow on Mondays at Noon and Fridays at 5:30 AM

Let’s talk about the bare minimum for your heart health, straight from the American Heart Association:

150 minutes of moderate-intensity movement per week
(or 75 minutes of vigorous).

2 days of strength training

The key? Spread it out. Move often, not all at once. Your heart (and your energy, mood, and sleep) will thank you.

Want to get more dialed in? Wear a heart rate monitor in class to see where your effort lands and track your progress over time. Knowledge = power.

The Lift: Foundations is a brand-new, 6-week strength training program designed for beginners, older adults, and anyone ready to build strength in a safe, slower-paced, supportive environment.

Born out of client demand, this program offers the expert guidance, structure, and encouragement you need to move better, feel stronger, and train with confidence—no experience required.

Led by Jamie West, The Method’s Lift Teacher Trainer, each group session focuses on form, function, and progressive strength training that supports your body and your goals.

Why strength? Because skeletal muscle is the organ of longevity.

Years ago, Cheri was one of Christina’s OG barre students in Savannah. Life took them both back to South Georgia, but neither knew the other had moved home.

One morning, Cheri walked into a local barre class and there was her former teacher, Christina, mic’d up and ready to go. Reunited at the barre, like no time had passed. Cheri is now a Rooster Crew regular and proof that the best things find their way back to you.

Cheri writes, “Starting my mornings with the rooster crew at The Method is something I truly look forward to each week. I first met Christina years ago when she taught barre in Savannah, and since then barre has become an indispensable part of my routine.
