🧠 We were recently excited to host Wendy Beatty, Community Behavioral Health Education Coordinator for Archbold Northside, who led us in the Virtual Dementia Tour.

This training provided our staff with a unique, immersive learning experience designed to increase awareness about common challenges faced by individuals with dementia and to increase staff empathy to those challenges. 🥽🧤 They said the experience was very informative and eye-opening and will help them provide more compassionate care to our residents with memory impairments. 💜
