There have been reports of several people in our community who have contracted the RSV virus. This is a highly contagious virus easily through respiratory droplets from coughs/sneezes, close contact (hugging, sharing), and touching contaminated surfaces like doorknobs or toys before touching your face.

Ask your doctor if the RSV vaccine could be right for you this winter. The U.S. for older adults (60+) and pregnant individuals (to protect newborns). Adults 75+ should get a vaccine, while adults 60-74 should discuss it with their doctor, and pregnant people between 32-36 weeks should get the maternal vaccine (Abrysvo) for their babies.

Ask your doctor is the RSV vaccine could be right for you this winter.
