Licensed Professional Counselor

I specialize in providing counseling services to individuals and families. My experience includes treating symptoms related to anxiety, depression, adjustment to life transitions, trauma, family counseling, and vocational concerns.

Do you need some help getting your life back on track? Sometimes it is hard to know where to turn for help. I believe that the quality of the relationship you have with a therapist is the most important aspect of counseling. I have a diverse background that helps me connect with my clients.

My unique approach is dedicated to meeting you where you are. I have a passion for helping others reach their fullest potential by creating a healthier reality of the present state. I offer validation in a supportive environment and facilitate patients in gaining insight into negative cycles.

I am very flexible and work to meet the needs of my clients. My office is centrally located in Winston-Salem, NC with plenty of free parking. It is on the city bus route and handicap accessible. When you call, you talk directly to me. Your privacy is very important to me.
