One easy way to reduce eye strain is the 20-20-20 rule:
👉 Every 20 minutes, have your child look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
This quick “eye break” helps relax focusing muscles and can prevent headaches, blurry vision, and tired eyes.
Other simple ways to protect your child’s vision:
✔️ Schedule routine vision screenings
✔️ Watch for squinting, eye rubbing, or frequent headaches
✔️ Choose sunglasses with 100% UV protection ☀️
✔️ Serve eye-healthy foods like carrots, leafy greens & berries 🥕🍓
