Spider Veins in the legs can be unsightly and often caused by pregnancy, hormonal changes, changes in weight or lack of exercise. Very small, thin clusters of dilated blood vessels that have a red or bluish color, spider veins can appear anywhere on the body, but are most commonly found on the face and legs.

Sclerotherapy is a non-surgical, injection procedure used to eliminate superficial spider veins close to the surface of the skin. It can be performed in office with minimal discomfort.

Lasers are a safe and effective non-surgical option to help diminish capillaries on the face. New advanced laser treatment allows light energy to be delivered in precise dosages to the targeted vein, with little discomfort. Patients report a slight burning or stinging sensation.

Several treatments of either sclerotherapy or laser therapy, are required to effectively treat spider veins.
