Starting Thursday 11/6! This is a casual, no-pressure space for moms 🤰🏿👩🏽👵🏽 to move their bodies, breathe, and talk with other moms who understand real-life stressors.

We walk 🚶🏽‍♀️at a comfortable pace around the lake and hold space for whatever is coming up… parenting, identity, relationships, exhaustion, joy, and everything in between. Babies and strollers welcome; come as you are!
