Sometimes we carry emotional baggage with us for so long, that we forget where we start & where it ends. Carry this baggage gets very heavy & tiresome. Don't you owe it to yourself to just let go of it? It's time to lighten your load, to be a better, happier, healthier you!

I am challenging YOU today!

I want you to do one kind thing for yourself. No excuses!

It need not cost money. You need not go anywhere special. However, if you can, do so!

You could:
Take your chair out in the sun and watch the clouds.
Enjoy a cookie or little treat.
Pick happy dandelions or buy yourself some tulips.
Pull out an old favorite book to enjoy.
Have that extra cream in your coffee.
Eat your dinner in candle light.
Buy a fun new lipstick or hair tie.
Talk a walk and look up through the trees.
Play your favorite song.
Go to a movie or watch an old favorite.
Enjoy your favorite lunch without worrying about calories.
Take a long deserved nap or night off cooking.
Stop for that chocolate milk shake.
Diffuse some essential oils
Get some energy work done!

I challenge you to treat your own soul to a simple kindness today! You are the keeper of your own light. If you don't occasionally refuel it, it dims. Don't wait for someone to do it for you. You are the physical shell your spirit light dwells within. It is there, locked within you, no matter how deeply you may feel it is hidden. Give your physical body permission to show yourself a simple kindness today. Enjoy that kindness, and feel your light grow a bit brighter with simple happiness.

Now, do not be shy, comment under the post how you treated yourself today! No excuses. If you are having the worst day of your life, all the more reason to be kind to your own soul.
