The CMS Quality Star Rating System helps families choose home health agencies based on patient care quality and experience. Ratings are based on timely initiation of care, patient improvement while receiving services, and hospital readmission—measures that reflect the care we provide every day.

This cake, from one of our precious hospice families, was more than a dessert—it was love, appreciation, and a reminder that even in the hardest seasons, there is still so much beauty. ❤️ As 2026 unfolds, may we never forget that.

Our hospice team was honored to spend time celebrating the season with our friends at a local assisted living community. We shared a meal, enjoyed Christmas carols, and had the privilege of delivering gifts and smiles. Moments like these remind us that the heart of hospice care is connection, compassion, and community.

A source of comfort, faith, music, prayer, and peace — exactly when it’s needed most.

Our Chaplain, Roscoe Perry, goes beyond providing spiritual support. He brings connection, compassion, and heart into every room he enters. And during this Christmas season, that looks like sharing a beautiful song that reminds us all of hope, love, and the true meaning of this time of year. 🎶✨

We are so thankful for team members like him — caring for the whole person and reminding our patients and families that they are never alone.
