Our Mission:
To provide the highest level of individualized residential and community support to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide engaging and personalized programs that result in the highest level of social, physical, and emotional independence in one’s life. Colorado Service Areas:

Check out this amazing opportunity for Free Foundational Succession Planning! 🤗🤗

The Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council (CDDC) and the Colorado Office of Employment First (COEF) is offering 50 parents or guardians (age 65 and up) individualized foundational succession planning.

This planning will focus on defining and connecting individuals, caregivers, and families with the essential and next steps when considering future care arrangements for their family member with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD), once the caregivers and/or family are no longer able to be primary supports for the person.
