During a session, you’ll simply rest—fully clothed, cozy, and still—as the practitioner channels universal life energy through light, intuitive touch (or just above the body). Look at this throwback of Jaclyn holding baby Tucker 🐶💛 — hard to believe he’s already a year old! Jaclyn, on the other hand, has been with Sweet Serenity Yoga since day one.
