Spring is right around the corner, and with it comes the return of Yoga in the Park a space for community, fresh air, movement, and connection. This season I’d love to open the door for collaboration with other local small businesses. I’m putting out feelers for coffee carts, pastry vendors, smoothie and juice carts, tea vendors, or other small food businesses who may want to join us throughout the spring and summer.

This is a beautiful way for small businesses to support one another while creating an experience for the community. If you have a mobile cart or pop up style setup and feel aligned with a wellness focused crowd, I’d love to connect and explore collaborating at one or more Yoga in the Park events.

Join our community for Yoga in the Park as we celebrate the arrival of spring. This is a donation based, beginner friendly class, so whether it’s your first time on a mat or you’ve been practicing for years, you’re welcome here.
Come stretch under the open sky, reset your nervous system, and share in the energy of community as the season shifts and new growth begins. Bring a mat, bring a friend, and come celebrate spring with us.

Your nervous system was designed to protect you not to keep you in survival mode 24/7.
When you’re constantly in fight or flight, your body doesn’t know the difference between a real threat and a stressful email. Heart racing, jaw tight, shoulders up to your ears and thoughts moving faster than your breath. Over time, that state becomes your “normal.”

A nervous system reset is simply remembering you are safe. When you shift into your parasympathetic state rest, digest, heal your body can finally do what it’s designed to do, repair, regulate, and restore.

March is here. A new month,new season,a new rhythm.
As we begin to thaw from winter and move toward longer days, it feels only right to open more space to gather, breathe, and flow together.
Starting this month, join me every Saturday at 9am for a soulful flow to anchor your weekend. Expect intentional movement, steady breath, and that grounded but alive energy we love.

The Spring Equinox rolls in March 20th, it marks a powerful moment of balance equal light and dark. We officially welcome the new season. In yoga philosophy, this mirrors the harmony we cultivate between effort and ease, strength and softness, doing and being.

Saturday, March 21 at 9:30am
We’ll celebrate the equinox together, outside, moving under the open sky. Fresh air, community, and conscious movement to honor new beginnings.
