As said in the comments - "This continues to get picked up in the media to scare people and at the same time as a likelihood of less that 2% of passing. We need to be focusing on real solutions on overhauling the entire Medicare system and get some actionables that can be pushed through." As always be cautious of unsolicited calls/emails.
