Hello, Welcome from Thornton Colorado. my name is Lori QHHT level 2 practitioner.
Up until a few years ago I was a pretty negative person until I made the decision to change my life and the way I was thinking.
This is one of the few things I did to change to change my negative way of thinking, and it has made a huge difference in my life. Every day I do this
and every night I go to bed feeling so much happier and much more love in my heart.
I am just giving you a few but the list can go on and on. I will add more in my next video. This is how it's done.
Take a 4-second-deep breath all the way in and on the exhale a 6 second complete breath out. Do this 3 times. put all of your awareness on your heart feeling love.
Just for today, I will smile at every stranger that crosses my path.
Just for today, I will tell at least 1 person in my life that I love them.
Just for today, I will do that one thing I have been putting off.
Just for today, I will do at least one positive thing for myself.
Just for today, I will do at least one positive thing for someone else.
Just for today, I will sit and reflect on all of the positive things in my life.

These are just a few things that you can do and think daily.
If you do this every day, you will see how your life will change for the better and you will have more love in your heart.
